This policy explains what personal information INK SN collects when you visit www.inksn.online or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Order details. Your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address and what you buy.
• Your artwork. The logos, designs and files you send us to print.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Device and browsing data. Your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Your artwork stays yours

We use your designs only to print your orders. We never sell them, print them for anyone else or use them in our marketing without your written permission. We keep your files so reorders are quick, and delete them if you ask.

How we use your information

• To make, ship and track your order and send proofs
• To answer your questions and send quotes
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
• To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed to receive them

Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help us run the store: our ecommerce platform Shopify, payment processors, couriers, and email and analytics providers. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the store. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may not work without them.

Your rights in California

We are a California business, and California residents have rights under state law. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information, so that last one is already the case. We will never treat you differently for asking.

Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under your own state's law. Contact us and we will help.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax rules require. Artwork is kept for reorders until you ask us to delete it. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Children

Our store is not aimed at children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
