Shipping & Delivery

Every order is printed in Lathrop, California, and shipped with tracking to anywhere in the United States.

Production time

Printing starts once you approve your digital proof. Most orders are printed, checked and shipped within five to seven working days of approval. Very large orders, such as the Bulk Branding Pack, can take up to ten working days. We will tell you if yours needs longer.

Delivery times

Once shipped, most parcels arrive within two to five working days. Alaska, Hawaii and remote addresses can take longer. Delivery times are estimates from the courier and are not guaranteed.

Need it by a date

If you need your order for an event, tell us the date before you order. We will confirm whether we can make it, and approve your proof quickly to give yourself the most time.

Tracking

You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not moved for three working days, contact us and we will chase the courier.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the box and send us photos within 48 hours. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours first, then contact us and we will open a claim. We reprint or refund anything lost or damaged in transit.
