These terms apply when you use www.inksn.online or order from INK SN. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

INK SN is a custom print on demand business at 481 Derbychase Ln, Lathrop, CA 95330.

Your artwork

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, design, name and image you send us. We will not print trademarks, team logos, characters or artwork that belong to someone else without proof of permission, or anything hateful, unlawful or obscene. We may refuse or cancel any order for these reasons, with a full refund if printing has not started.

Proofs and approval

We send a digital proof for every order. Your approval confirms the design, spelling, placement, sizes, colours and quantities. We are not responsible for mistakes in a proof you approved. Colours on screen can look slightly different from ink on fabric, and print placement can vary by up to half an inch between garments.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. California sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and shipping is shown before you pay. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when you approve your proof. If we cannot print your order, we refund any payment in full.

Refunds and delivery

Cancellations, reprints and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy. Delivery is covered by our shipping and delivery page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed event date caused by the courier. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under California or federal consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of San Joaquin County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
